I placed an order and had a easy experience. The prices seemed fair to me, and everything arrived just fine with no issues. I don’t really have any complaints, simple, smooth, and exactly what I expected.

I ordered from b-21.com it got to me way faster than I expected. I liked that I could track everything without any hassle, so I wasn’t left wondering where my stuff was. No problems at all on my end, just quick shipping and I’m happy with how it went.

I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly. It took a little time to get everything sorted, but they were helpful and easy to deal with. Overall, good experience. 4 stars.

I stopped into the store after seeing a few bottles on B-21 and wanted to ask some questions in person. The staff was friendly, and one guy seemed to know a decent amount about the wines. That said, when I asked about a couple of vintages and shipping details, he wasn’t totally sure, so I ended up double-checking online myself. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the in-store staff to have a little more info ready. Not a bad experience overall, just kind of average.

Everywhere else was either sold out or charging some weirdly inflated price. I remember double-checking the label photo and size like three times before ordering because I’d already been burned by listings that looked close but weren’t the exact bottle.

I tried paying several times, and it kept failing for no clear reason. My card works fine everywhere else, so it’s not like I was doing something wrong. It was frustrating having to keep re-entering everything and still not get anywhere.

Checked it against my bottles. Mostly lined up. One year seemed a bit off. Still useful though...

My order from B-21 arrived in great shape. All the bottles looked good, with no leaks, no cracked glass, and the labels were clean too. I was a little nervous about having wine shipped, but everything was packed really securely, if that makes sense. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again.

But a few deals had extra rules that I didn’t notice until I clicked around a bit, like, I thought it was straightforward and then suddenly there were conditions. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average overall. I did save a little, though not as much as I expected. I’d probably use it again if the offer was clear upfront

I figured they’d probably have what I needed since the selection looked broad, and sure enough, they did. Plenty to choose from, nothing really to complain about...

I ordered a full case thinking the discount would make a bigger difference, but it barely changed the total. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but buying that much at once just didn’t feel worth it in the end. I’ll probably skip the case next time and just order a smaller amount.
